Samuel A. Hurley

I am an Assistant Professor of Radiology in MRI and PET/MR at the University of Wisconsin, Department of Radiology. I received a Ph.D. in Medical Physics from the University of Wisconsin. My research is focused on neuroimaging and quantitative imaging, including neuro applications of PET/MR, and quantitative and diffusion applications in MSK imaging.

I am a clinical MR physicist at UW Health.

In my free time I enjoy music, both attending shows and playing bass in my cover band, as well as travel and working on electronics and 3D printing projects. I am an avid motorcyclist, and also hold an FAA private pilot certificate (PPL ASEL).
